Disposition Manager - Sell Now Wisconsin

Description

Sell Now Wisconsin is looking for a Disposition Manager. We are buying a lot of houses and plan to buy twice as many next year. We need a seasoned disposition manager to help us find the most profitable disposition for each property, including managing rehab crews, managing a buyers list, and managing relationships with agents for referrals and "wholetails".

Responsibilities

Determine the best disposition channel for each property acquired based on current business needs.
Work closely with the CEO and Director of Finance and Operations to understand business needs and cash management to inform disposition options.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team throughout the buying process to find creative ways to purchase properties based on potential disposition options.
Manage rehab crews and budgets to make sure projects are being completed on time and budget.
Build and maintain a buyers list of other flippers and landlords, including their criteria so we can quickly wholesale properties to the ideal buyer.
Build and maintain relationships with agents who work with investors.

Qualifications

3+ years experience
- actively involved in real estate investing, or
- as an agent specializing in investment property, or
- in construction project management.
Exemplary project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with tact
Strong relationship building skills
Spanish proficiency highly preferred
